Showing help on 'cast'

Syntax: cast NAME at TARGET
Hostile powers aim at your opponent. With no opponent, a power that permits self targeting uses you; otherwise it asks: Cast that at whom?
Use at TARGET to choose the recipient. Some attacks permit self targeting.
Type abilities to see the powers you know and their displayed costs.
Scalable powers accept cast NAME with AMOUNT mana. ROM spells show their nominal mana cost; stronger ROM dice may draw extra mana, and a short reservoir limits delivery.
